On Call Healthcare Staffing was founded by two experienced healthcare professionals who recognized a gap in the market for reliable, compassionate, and flexible staffing solutions. With over 5 years of hands-on experience in the healthcare field, our founders—one a Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and the other a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA)—understood the challenges that facilities face in maintaining high standards of care while managing staffing shortages.
